Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
